The aim of the project is to create an informal environment that stimulates curiosity about stone materials. Kuzcotopia is an urban furniture system composed of horizontal and vertical elements obtained from a single block of stone. A simple series of cuts minimizes the waste of material and enhances the surfaces. The structure works through the principle of compression: the assembly takes place through the tension of a passing metal wire blocked to the ground. The modularity of the individual pieces allows you to easily create dynamic and always new compositions that adapt to the surrounding environment.
